Parasol smiled. "Well, I do like daisies, and roses as well." She replied. She knew Posey loved flowers. Parasol also knew of a pony who really liked flowers. She wondered what that unicorn was up to.....

Posey smiled back with a small nod.
"Very cheerful flowers", she said softly, with a touch of approval noticeable in her voice. "Do you have some in your garden?"
Hit by realization that not all ponies happened to have gardens, she quickly added, "You do have a garden, don't you?"

Parasol giggled. "Yes I do, but not as big a garden as someone I know." She said, thinking of Friendly. She knew that that unicorn loved flowers more than anything, well, that and friendship. "Ah, yes, Friendly has one of the best gardens in all of Dream Valley." She mentioned.

"You know someone with a garden?" Posey didn't raise her voice, as she felt that such things were never necessary, but it was quite obvious how excited she was.
"Hm... Friendly... Do you think, perhaps, I could visit her garden someday? We could even trade some clippings to plant in our gardens if she was interested."
The mare, of course, liked to think that she had one of the best gardens in Dream Valley, but she decided it wasn't a point worth arguing.

Parasol giggled. "Hmm, maybe you should go visit her." She said.
She then had just realized that it was starting to get dark out. "Well, I didn't realize it was getting dark! I think I'll go back inside the tent now! See ya later!" She said, and she ran back to the tent.

Posey blinked to find herself suddenly alone. My, that Parasol was an energetic sort.
Looking up at the sky, the mare realized that it was indeed very dark - and she didn't feel entirely safe out here. "Oh my", she muttered, somewhat concerned. With that she spun around and started out on the long walk home.

Sundance watched as Parasol came into the tent. "So, was that Posey you were talking to?" She asked. Parasol nodded. "Yup." She replied. "Apparently she doesn't know her ponies in Dream Valley as well as I thought. I think she called me Umbrella at first!" Parasol said with a giggle.
Sundance echoed Parasol's giggle. "Really? Hmm, I wonder what she would've called me if I was out there. Maybe Dots and Hearts, probably?" She said, giggling again.
Parasol couldn't control her laughing. "Ok, I think we've had our share of laughs for today, I'm a bit worn out." She mentioned.
Sundance nodded. "Ya, I need to catch up on my rest so I can get up early and practice my jumping, like I usually do every morning."
"I have to admit, you are the greatest jumper in Dream Valley!" Mentioned Parasol.
"Well, you're just saying that because you're my best friend." Sundance said with a small giggle.
"Heh, well, ok you're one of the best jumpers in Dream Valley." Parasol corrected.
"Ok, Parasol! I think we need to catch up on our rest here!" She quickly changed the subject.
"Oh, alright." The pinkish mare said. She scooted into her sleeping bag and rested her head on her pillow, drifting off to sleep.
Sundance smiled and got into her sleeping bag as well, and then falling asleep.

The next morning then dawned. Parasol opened her eyes and looked over at Sundance's sleeping bag. Of course, Sundance wasn't in it. She was out practicing her running and jumping. Parasol went back to sleep.
Outside, Sundance was running around the plain, her muscles tingling with danger and courage. Her hooves were beating on the ground like a drum. Her light pink mane was flowing behind her. She decided to pick up the pace. She moved her legs and hooves faster. She then took a turn, her legs moving to where she was going towards. She kept running, fast and swift, almost like she was flying. She then took her hooves off the ground and made a leap, jumping about 6 feet foreward, and almost 2 feet off the ground. She landed with a great boom, letting her hooves beat the ground with courage. She took in a few large breaths as she shook her mane. She felt great. She felt like she had just won a race/jumping contest. She then headed towards the tent.
The white mare entered the tent and noticed Parasol was still snoozing. Sundance nudged her. "Yo, Parasol, wake up!" Sundance shouted. The pink mare opened one eye and gave her a look. "Sundance, it's way too early!" She said, pulling the cover over her head. Sundance looked over at her portable clock. "It's 10:06! Come on, get up!" She said, giving her another nudge. Parasol gave a frustrated sigh as she slowly got out from her sleeping bag. Sundance grinned. "Now, I say we go hiking!" She said with a grin. Parasol groaned a bit. "Oh, alright." She said. The two left the tent and started on their journey.

As they were hiking along the plains, Parasol sighed. "Sundance, come on! We've been hiking for an hour and a half at least! Can we please go back to the tent?" She asked.
Sundance looked at her. "Well, I haven't been keeping track of time, but I think you're right. We might as well head back to the tent."
The pinkish mare smiled. "Alright then." She said.
Sundance giggled. "Race ya back!" She said.
Parasol groaned. "Oh, fine!" She said with a bit of disgust. The mare really didn't like running that much.
The white mare grinned. "On your marks."
Parasol got into position, next to Sundance.
"Get set, GO!" Yelled the white pony.
The two started running. Sundance let her legs and hooves move, as her hooves beated the ground. She moved swiftly, her mane flowing behind her. Her blue eyes paid attention to what was ahead of her, and nothing else. Her muscles were rippling under her white fur. Sundance loved the feeling.
Parasol was running the best she could. Her legs getting more soar with every move. Parasol panted as she ran. Her head was getting hot, and a couple sweat drops fell off her forehead.
The white mare saw the tent. She took her hooves off the ground and made a leap towards the tent, landing just before it.
Parasol couldn't run anymore. She slowed down to a walk, breathing heavily as she reached the tent.
Sundance giggled. "I won!" She said.
The other mare collapsed on the ground, still heavily breathing. "Sundance, can we not do that again?" She asked under her breath.
The pink-haired pony giggled. "Ok, Parasol. I see you're point." She responded.
Parasol gave a sigh of relief as her breathing went back to normal. "Ok, good!" She said.

(Jump to the next day.)
It was their last day of camping. Parasol was starting to pack her things. Sundance was out again, out running.
The white mare was indeed running. She ran around the campgrounds at least 5 times. She raced around, feeling the wind blow her mane behind her. Her muscles pumping everytime she ran. She smiled with dignity as she finished her last lap around the campgrounds. She decided to head into the tent and start packing. She walked into their tent. "Hiya Parasol!" She said.
The rainbow-haired mare turned around. "Sundance, enjoy your..um...running?"
"Yes, indeed!" Sundance said, tossing her pink mane.
"Well, glad you enjoyed it." Said Parasol, finishing her packing. "Well, I'm about ready to leave. I'll wait outside for you."
The white mare nodded, finishing packing her stuff as well. "Ok, let's take the tent down." She said as she left the tent.
The two ponies put their stuff down. They started taking the tent down, bit by bit, piece by piece....
After they finished, Sundance took what was the tent. "Ok, let's head home!" She said.
The two mares started walking towards their cottages.
