Hollow, of course, had no idea where Kail and Razz were located, let alone knew where the Red and the Orange Champions were. But he hoped that finding Kail and Razz, who hopefully were together now that Razz had been found, would help. He stopped to ask the first pirate he saw, and soon enough got the directions he needed.
He walked to the cabin where Kail and the Purple Stripe were rumoured to be located, and knocked on the door with one hoof - loudly.
"Kail?" he called out through the door.

Kail's body jerked in surprise as the noise ruptured her dreams. She had been dreaming of Course - of her last trip there, nearly as unwilling as this one would be. Lifting her head from the table and wiping at her mouth she squinted at Razz in the dim light of the cabin. He was still out cold, breath coming steady but shallow.
Remembering what had woken her, Kail gave a short, raspy "yeah?" and ran a hoof through her mane. She felt as if she'd had all the life sucked out of her last night, and upon a quick research through her memory remembered that she nearly had. "Food," she said to herself quietly, Razz and the events of the night before forgotten briefly in her search.
She opened the door and squinted out at Hollow. "Breakfast?"

Hollow had to smile a bit, though gruffly, at Kail's tired expression as she came to the door. Oh, yes, he'd certainly woken her up. He shook his head, causing his black forelock to flop over one eye.
"I'm afraid not, Kailani," he said in his matter-of-fact way. "Though I can ask for breakfast up on the upper deck if you like. More importantly, we're organising a Champion gathering, that's why I've come to get you. Everyone should come - well, everyone I can find, that is. I fear we may have completely lost Orange and Red somewhere into the bowels of this ship, though I hope to send some crewman looking for them." He peered over Kail's shoulder to see if Razz was awake yet. "Is the Purple still sleeping?"

Cresent was talking too much for the peg's aching head to keep up. This must be what a hangover feels like, she thought briefly to herself. Of course she'd had other mornings after fights that she had felt less than chipper, but she'd always been allowed to sleep in as late as she need and eat before trying to actually do anything.
The Purple? The Purple what? Oh yeah, the Purple Champion. Kail squinted over her shoulder at Razz, who was indeed still sleeping. "Yes."
"Breakfast upstairs would be a good idea," she mumbled. "With really strong tea."

[[Ummmmm you mean Hollow, right? ]] Hollow saw that Kail was not feeling well at all. Oh, yes, she had had a taxing day. Perhaps they should have let her sleep longer. He furrowed his brows in thought. But he wanted a plan. He was anxious for all the Champions finally talk and decide over things together. They had become so scattered since they came on board. "Good," Hollow said slowly, realising he didn't really have Kail's full attention at the moment. He managed a brief smile. "See if you can wake Razz, and... well, if not, then... I guess it would be best to let him lie there. We will be on the upper deck, I'll go order us some breakfast there... with strong tea." He smiled again, a crude but vaguely friendly smile, and then he turned again to go.

(opps, yeah, I meant Hollow ) Kail nodded at Hollow's instructions to try to wake Razz and turned around, waving a hoof to indicate that she would meet him upstairs shortly, with or without the Purple Champ. She felt more at ease than she had last night, despite the healing-hangover, as she waited for Hollow to close the door behind him. When she was convinced he was gone she sat down again at the bench and took Razz's hoof in her own. She didn't try to wake him; she blearily remembered him saying something to her as she fell asleep last night and knew that he would wake up when he was ready, and that he wasn't really gone at all. He was dealing with something within his capacity as a Champion, and whatever that might be she would leave him to it knowing that Razz, at least, would have done so for her. Standing up, she brushed aside his forelock and quickly brushed a kiss between his eyes. Then she left the room, softly shutting the door behind her, and made her way upstairs to the other Champions and breakfast.

Not hearing anything more from Kail, Hollow took off. The very first thing he did was to go pop in by the mess and ask for some breakfast for the Champions. The pirates didn't seem especially enthuasiastic over serving the Champions, but after Hollow promised to remain with them to bring the breakfast up, they agreed on putting something together. After a few moments Hollow made his way toward the upper deck with two baskets filled with breakfast and tea. He felt himself rather like a housewife going up with picnic baskets, but tried not to think about it as he approached the upper deck. [[well there's got to be more pirates round than just those we have players for, so I'm just NPC'ing the mess boys. ]]
