I've retired Ribbon (Baby Ribbon), Atarluna, and Wolfbadger from this game.
Soooo, I'll have to make new ones.

Good characters. All are quite welcome. I'm a little sketchy on DV's history myself, though I was involved in most of it....my memory never was the best, and often I was wrapped up in my own part of the story and didn't keeo much of an eye on the rest. Perhaps when I can pin down Kari again...

Temp Bios for Reference Bala Shark27 unicorn Bala is a pale silver color, with black hair and black extremities (legs, ears, muzzle). His symbol is a cat o' nine tails (a whip). Bala is atheletic, a good swimmer and a fair jumper. He can hold his breath for a long time and has an acute sense of smell. He's also quite handsome, with a slender, but muscular look. Has little black chin-beard and stubble. Edit: I forgot to say he has cloven hooves. His weapon of choice is the whip. One type he favors is the horn-whip, which is tied to the base of his horn. He can snap it with a flick of his head, while using his horn as leverage to snap it left or right. He also uses his horn to pick locks, and of course, as a sword. Born in the Darklands, Bala spent his youth perfecting his banditry. By the age 16 or so, he hitched a ride on a ship to the mainland. He didn't get far before realizing it was the sea he sought. Having spent years wandering ship to ship (and port to port around the world) wherever his services could earn him some gold, he found himself at last in the company of the Dread Pirate Floggarts. Thanks to his charm and his fiendish pirate sense, Bala soon found himself at the right hoof of his new captain. It was from Floggarts that Bala learned his exceptional skill with the horn-whip...and many other devious pirating skills. Fierce, rutheless, cunning...these are the things spoken of pirates and Bala is no different. But if he's missing, you'd best get a headcheck on all your mares or at least check the local brothel (or even the mayor's manor, if he has a daughter). Bala is easily distracted by a pretty cutie mark. Heck, he'd charm the pants of a granny pony if it got him her prized jewels. He is commonly hired to kidnap pretty princesses because a father would make haste on the ransom to preserve his daughter's purity, lest she fall to the pirate's warm advances and come home with a bun in the oven. Bala tends to keep a cool head when threatened and enjoys a bit of fun at the expense of his peers, but overstep a jest on him and he'll not hesitate to put his horn in your shoulder. Bala has always wanted his own ship and he'd probably enjoy having one with a mostly female crew. This way he'd have to go to port only half as often for supplies. But while he may enjoy the company of many, many mares (and has probably sired an unknown number of foals) the sea remains his first and only love. He always returns to the sea. (Silverfall laughs hysterically) And, in the event Bala makes a random reference to him, here is a bit about Old Gart (he looks familiar, don't he?): Dread Pirate FloggartsAKA Black Gart, Old Gart 50ish Stories of Floggarts say he has a great enjoyment of gold, rum, and the whip. And as long as there is enough gold and rum, there is rarely the need of his whip. Known throughout the world as one of the craftiest pirates ever to have ever sailed the immortal seas...or so he says. Once word leaks out that a pirate has gone soft, people begin to disobey you, and then it's nothing but work, work, work, all the time.
