Your Name: Dark Crescent/Crescent Crystal/Nuraya Your E-mail: Crescent_Crystal@hotmail.com
This one's just the temp for the pirate storyline beginning here, but I might make up more charries and come play here later ;D
Character's Name: Sea Tiger (usually called Tiger) Type: (clydesdale) earth Gender: male Age: 35 Physical Description: dark blue body, light blue hair and sea green eyes. His symbol is two pirate sabres crossed over each other. He wears a yellow band around his head, on his forehead, to keep his hair off his face. Powers: none Personality: a bit grumpy and hot-tempered. He feels his responsibilities around the ship very deeply and takes the survival of his crew very seriously; after all, if you don't have a crew, you don't have a ship, that's just a cold fact. So he doesn't necessarily love all his crewmembers, but he recognises their value, and would risk his life in defending them (however, if it was a matter of one crewmember or all the rest of them, he would automatically choose the larger group). He is a very passionate person, and lives life to the fullest, not brooding over old things (unless he is drunk; then he starts to brood over everything). He tends to flirt with mares. Quite a lot. History: He was stowed away into a ship when he was but a baby; he doesn't know anything about his parents, except that his father was most likely a pirate or other sort of a sailor (the way he was abandoned seems to imply that his mother wanted to give the guilty stallion his brat back). In any case, he grew up on the ship from an infant, and therefore is actually more at home on board a ship than on land. He learned how to sail and how to fight with sabres in an early age, and quickly rose in rank of his ship. Current Residence: a ship ;D

I would like to play the G1 Moondancer here, if it's all right. This would be an actual character, not just a temp.
Character's Name: Moondancer (called Dancer) Type: unicorn Gender: female Age: around 45 or so Physical Description: white body, dark red mane and tail with lavender streak and deep purple eyes. Her symbol is a dark red crescent moon with stars around. Powers: she can create light at the tip of her horn and illuminate as large areas as she chooses. Personality: she is a kind-hearted pony, unfortunately easily used. She can be awfully gullible, though her experiences have hardened her to an extent. Dancer loves the night and the moon, often taking long strolls in the moonlight. She is very sad, however, an empty spot deep in her heart for the daughter she once lost. She is therefore not as cheerful as she may have been when she was younger, and she is also more cautious. What people will usually mostly remember about Dancer is that she is serene and kind. History: Dancer was born in Dream Valley. She was a foal alongside Twilight, and remembers her well. The two mares were such good friends in childhood that Dancer still reflects upon Twilight, missing her dearly. Since Twilight left many years ago, Dancer feels she has not had many friends. Or every friend she has had has betrayed her somehow. Twilight, however, is not the only one Dancer misses – she also longs to see again her beloved foal, whom she believes she has lost forever. Baby Moondancer was very young when she was taken from Dancer, and she cannot tell even to date what ever happened to her. During the long time she searched for her, she missed Twilight even more, since she knew that her friend might have been able to help her with her magic. Still, she never found her foal nor came in contact with Twilight, so she returned to Dream Valley, heartbroken yet determined not to give up life. She has not accepted any stallions in her bed since, being now more suspicious since the stallion who was the father of Baby Moondancer betrayed her and left her to care for the foal alone. Moondancer has since lived alone in her little cottage at the edge of the valley. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley

Here's two new characters. ^-^
Character's Name: Lemon Drop (called “Droplet”) Type: earth Gender: male Age: 46 Physical Description: yellow body, purple hair and purple eyes. His symbol is purple rain drops Powers: none Personality: Lemon Drop is a grumpy, grouchy and lonely pony. He is embittered to the world and though underneath he has a kind heart, he goes at great lengths to hide it from everyone.
History: Droplet was born in Dream Valley. He doesn’t much think back to his childhood, as it was left rather short. When he was but a little foal, he was left on the doorstep of an elderly pony called Jumpstart, and there was no note or nothing to tell who his parents were or where he had come from. He recalled none of it himself, being too young to even speak properly at the time. Jumpstart, who at the time boasted at being the best jumper in Dream Valley – be that the truth or not – and who was indeed a great athlete, took young Droplet in as his own son. Jumpstart had never had family, and therefore the orphan seemed like a gift from heaven to him. He started teaching Droplet how to jump and how to train his body from very early on. Everything might have gone rather smoothly, had not something terrible happened. Jumpstart got into an accident where one of his legs went broken so badly that it was never the same again. He could never again run or jump, and it was at that moment that Droplet’s childhood ended. He had to start taking care of his foster father, who became worse of temper and began to develop abusive and suicidal traits. In the end, Jumpstart took a leap that was his last, and Droplet was alone. He felt lonely and without a meaning to his life, and for some years his life was one great struggle.
Then he met a mare who seemed like a gift from heaven. She was caring, and kind, and encouraging. If nothing else, Jumpstart had left Droplet with a dream: that of establishing the Show Stable, a stable that would house jumping competitions and other great athletic games. With the mare’s help, Droplet suggested the idea to the Queen, and after being granted the permission, the construction began. Some years the Show Stable continued to thrive, but when tough times befell Dream Valley, it was abandoned by all but Lemon Drop. The mare that had helped him set up the Show Stable was killed, and now Droplet was once again all alone. He still remembers the dark times, and lives with scars only he knows of. The Show Stable remained unused and forgotten for all these years, with a ghost of a stallion stalking its grounds, taking care of the building but having little heart for it. He has no friends and knows no one now, save for distant memories of ponies he used to know. Everyone probably believes him dead. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley
Character's Name: Cascade Type: earth Gender: female Age: 34 Physical Description: yellow body, green hair and periwinkle eyes. Her symbol is blue and periwinkle splashes of water. Powers: none Personality: Cascade is first and foremost a loyal and a supportive friend, but does tend to put everyone else above her own needs. She rarely thinks of herself, and can easily exhaust herself in her attempts to help everyone and keep all the promises she has given. Her great mission is to make the world a better place, which makes her interest in healing a rather logical career choice. She is not a cheerful pony, however, even if she isn’t a gloomy one, either. Her compassion has many times brought her on the verge of mental collapse as she tends to live through other ponies’ problems while trying to help them. History: Cascade was only fourteen twenty years ago during the dark times. She experienced some terrors during her childhood, but they never scarred her for life, and she managed to keep her faith in the fellow ponies. For the last twenty years, she has trained and worked in the profession of healing, and has become rather an efficient medicine woman, if you will. She knows much about herbal medicine and is skilled at some basic healing methods. Abhorring modern technology, she is in the belief that magic and old ways are the best ways to heal. Her cottage is located near the Healing House, as she helps at the hospital regularly. Her life has been rather uneventful until now. Since she moved out of her home ten years ago, she has not had a family and she lives alone. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley

Stamp stamp stamp. As to dear, dear Rain--go ahead and flesh her out, I know I didn't give you much to go on there. You can go ahead and make her older, too (a year or so), as some time has passed since that was posted--but it's also okay if you don't want to. Her magics, though not stated, were intended to be lunar-related ones, but you can tweak that if you wish. The Queen MAY step down shortly, leaving Rain's sister as Queen, which could make for some intertesting playing.

*nods* I'll probably work on Rain a bit. I forgot entirely the age point, lol. I think I'll want to make her older, to account for more places she might have visited. So as for her, I'll be back with a more thorough profile soon-ish. And as for my dear Droplet *huggles him* and Cascade-darling *huggles her too so she wouldn't feel left out* I'll go put them to gameplay right away. ^-^ Well, Cascade, anyway.

Here's Rain's updated bio.
Name : Princess Rain Type: Flutter Gender: Female Age: 16 Physical Description: Silvery body with a white mane, tail, and wings. Like her mother and her sisters, has sky blue eyes. Her symbol is a crescent moon. Powers: Unknown (as yet) Personality: A carefree and playful soul. She's the prankster, always stirring up trouble in the Castle and making sure that no day passes with too much boredom. Her unchained spirit has not been tamed during her travels, if anything, her adventurousness has increased, but though she is skilled in talking or otherwise wiggling her way out of trouble, she has one dangerous quality: she tends to be over-trustful of strangers, not believing any harm from anyone.
History: Similar to Suncatcher, except that she managed to weasel her way into many more trips--to the Northlands, and Ponyville...anywhere anyone would take her. Rain left Dream Valley around a year ago again to another adventure, which turned up to last for longer than she had planned. She stayed away for an entire year, writing the occasional letter to her folks at home to let them know she was still ok, and lately that she is coming home after a brief visit to Aurorea. What she didn’t mention in her letters, however, was that she had met a stallion on her travels – a stallion who had rescued her from a few tight spots and who had become more or less in effect her bodyguard, as the two had hit it off, and the stallion, a former resident of Dream Valley, felt obligations towards the Princess. She is now returning with this stallion back into her home, not having yet heard the news of the theft of the locket. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Castle
And here's two brothers I absolutely wanted for myself. ^-^
Character's Name: Skydancer Type: pegasus (no clydesdale feet) Gender: male Age: 35 Physical Description: yellow body, dark magenta eyes and rainbow hair. His symbol is a group of green birds in flight. Powers: none Personality: mischievous, to say the least. Wicked, to say the most. Skydancer loves danger – and also to play tricks on others. Some of his friends thought both of these qualities would rub off as time went by, but here he is, in his mid-thirties, and still as reckless and wild as ever. He tends to tempt death, and laugh at its face at the last minute. It is strange that he has not managed to meet his end yet, but it seems that as he laughs at death, death laughs at him. A prankster and a jovial taleteller, he is liked by all, and it seems that even death itself is persuaded by his wonderful gift of speech – or fooled by his trickery.
History: Skydancer was born in Dream Valley to very calm and respectful parents, who wanted their son to become a steady and considerate stallion, perhaps a soldier to the Queen’s court. Discipline was one of the most important things Skydancer’s father insisted upon. However, all this effort seemed to go to total waste on the young colt. He challenged his parents’ dream daily as he snuck away to his own adventures, to take his own risks and to heedlessly embrace life. Nothing would keep Skydancer down, on the ground. He had wings to fly, he told his parents, and so he would. He would fly to the very clouds, and beyond the rainbow!
Of course, Skydancer never did get to fly to the clouds, or beyond the rainbow. Having too much pressure in his life, he chose to run away at a very early age. He escaped his parents’ oppressive hold of him by leaving Dream Valley altogether, to find his happiness by adventuring throughout Ponyland. He did hear of the wars and the disasters that befell his old home, but he didn’t pay much attention to them. He never could think that his parents’ could ever come to any harm. Thus he continued his adventures, his only goal to find always another road from behind the corner.
It was only twenty years later that Skydancer would return to Dream Valley. He had by now been in nearly every city and land of Ponyland, and he felt himself sufficiently grown up to return to Dream Valley and show his parents what kind of a stallion he had grown up to be, unaware that they are already dead. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley
Character's Name: Starshine Type: pegasus (no clydesdale feet) Gender: male Age: 32 Physical Description: white body, rainbow mane and blue eyes. His symbol is a golden sunburst surrounded by golden dots Powers: none Personality: Starshine is as constant as the stars. He never wavers from his chosen path and he tends to be the guiding beacon to his friends or family. He doesn’t get angry or happy especially easily; in fact, he doesn’t show any strong feelings especially openly. He is very straightforward, however, so his word is one of the most trustworthy among all ponies. He never lies.
History: Starshine was the younger brother of Skydancer, and when the two were young, their parents wanted desperately to raise the two Pegasus brothers into honourable, respectable ponies. Starshine was always easier to persuade into discipline than Skydancer, and therefore it was he who became their parents’ favourite. It didn’t much bother the two brothers, as Skydancer didn’t really care about his parents’ favour. In fact, the two of them were the best friends until the time came for Skydancer to leave his family behind him. Starshine never approved of his brother running away, least of all when dark times began to befall Dream Valley. He missed his brother worst of all during these times, and when their parents perished, Starshine felt embittered to his brother, who had not been there to defend their home. Since his parents’ death, Starshine has remained in Dream Valley, training to become a warrior like his parents wished of him. Nowadays he is part of the Dreamer army, one of its best-equipped members, in fact, and lives at the castle. He has sworn to defend the royal family to his death. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley

I've been checking and double-checking, but it seems no one owns him so far. So here he is. And I've talked with Jewel about including her character into his bio. (And yes, the yellow stallion in question is Lemon Drop. I have plans for the poor devil... ) Character's Name: Applejack (G1) Type: earth (no clydesdale feet) Gender: male Age: 33 Physical Description: orange body, golden hair and green eyes. His symbol is a group of red-orange apples and he has white freckles on his cheeks. Powers: none Personality: Applejack is a restless pony. He is very dutiful, and feels his responsibilities heavy on him, but he also has a very strong sense of something that could be called “fate”; he has always felt there is a part of him missing, and though he cannot put his hoof on it, he knows that there is something that he should find out about himself, or about his past, or about something that has to do with him. Applejack is fairly serious-minded and very hard-working. He also seems to be haunted by bad luck – should there be a single rock on a clear field, you can count on him to trip over it. Clumsy as he is, Applejack never stops trying to achieve as best he can. History: Applejack was born to a pair of loving parents. He was born in Dream Valley, but his parents left Dream Valley when he was around 13 years old. They moved to Butterfly Island, and Applejack had a relatively happy time growing up there. His parents got another child when he was 16 years old, and he was always a caring older brother to his younger sister Flutter Butter. They lived a relatively happy life as a family, until the tragic day two years ago, when their parents disappeared on a sailing trip. They never found their parents’ remnants from the shipwreck, and so Applejack, who felt very uneasy about the whole thing, was determined to leave Butterfly Island in search of his parents. At least, that was what he let his sister on to understand. In truth, there was another calling in Applejack’s blood, and in his soul. He had dim memories of his childhood, and how his mother had often taken him to watch the show jumping competitions at the Show Stable, and how she had appeared especially intent on watching the young keeper of the Stable. His parents argued sometimes, and when everything began to become difficult in Dream Valley, he remembered they had left. Since then, he had been happy, but he could never forget about the strange stallion whose coat had had the same light yellow shade as his mother’s fur. She had always refused going closer to the stallion, Applejack remembered. Hence, Applejack has now many secrets to unravel and many mysteries he wants to get to the bottom of. He wants to know what happened to their parents, but he also wants to know the truth about a past only he can remember anymore. This is his main reason in coming to Dream Valley, as he knows his parents came from here. After spending two years in vain search all through the ports of Ponyland, he has half given up on finding his parents and is decisive in seeing to the mystery of their past first. Since he is a very responsible pony, Applejack feels guilty for leaving his sister behind like that on the Butterfly Island, and he has been writing her letters. Little does he know that none of his letters have reached her, else he would probably be even more distraught. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley

...and here's two more, besides Applejack, to be stamped. Character's Name: Moonstone Type: unicorn Gender: male Age: 36 Physical Description: pale blue body, dark magenta eyes and rainbow hair. His symbol is a blue and silver-ringed planet surrounded by its moons. Powers: astral projection; he can reach out to vast distances to send his image there. This allows him to “wink” through solid walls, though obviously he can’t move his actual body outside the walls. He has lately begun to learn how to make his astral body solid enough to use it for other tasks than just speaking or spying. Personality: Moonstone is a serene, good-hearted stallion that has the occasional romantic spark in his heart. Being of a rather noble mindset, he would never intentionally hurt anyone and is the kind of person to stand up for the weak or the teased. He is not afraid of many things, and is forever driven by curiosity and a passion for wisdom and a better understanding of life. History: Moonstone is one of the (several) sons of Moonmist, the God of Mists. He was born to a very common mortal mother, however, and this makes him only half a God – thus he can expect a long lifespan, but he can by no means be called a god. His mother, Sunlight, was left alone with the foal when Moonmist continued his travels from Dream Valley, and she never even knew if Moonmist was aware of siring a foal. After all, when Moonmist left, she didn’t know herself she was pregnant. When she discovered it, however, she was fairly happy, though also scared to death. She was only 17 years old at the time, and thus not quite ready to handle the burden of motherhood. Despite her fears, however, she managed to raise Moonstone well. Moonstone had a rather happy childhood, though he didn’t much meet other ponies, his mother preferring they stayed at the outskirts for the most of the time. It is not surprising that from a very early age on Moonstone took an interest in astrology and the science of stars. He used to spend hours and hours staring at the stars, and trying to understand their dynamics. As he grew, he started reading books and acquiring wisdom of stars in many ways, one of them being tutored by Twilight, before she left for her travels from Dream Valley. Moonstone's powers began to emerge around his twentieth birthday. Prior to that, he had been mostly doing astral travel in his sleep – his dreams were always strangely real to him, which was mostly because he used to astral project himself far away and watch actual events instead of really dreaming. As his powers were undeveloped as yet, he was never visible to the other ponies he projected himself to, and thus his father was never aware that Moonstone had visited him. Since, of course, it was mostly his father that Moonstone found in his sleep. There has always been a connection between the father and the son, a strenuous chord which rings the louder the closer Moonmist is to his son. Neither has really been aware of it, however, as Moonmist has not visited Dream Valley since his son was born. Since Moonstone's powers have grown, however, he has become more and more aware that there is something… out there for him. He has thus practiced his powers to hone his skills the best he could, though he doesn’t know exactly what he should look for. Perhaps one day his subconscious will once again lead him to meet his father. Moonstone has spent the last twenty years or so mostly learning astrology, honing his powers and looking after his mother. His mother, though one of the sweetest mares on earth, can be horribly naïve and thus Moonstone has taken it as his duty to take care of his mother so that she doesn’t get into trouble. He is occasionally disturbed by thoughts of his father (whose name his mother never told him) and an unexplainable urge for something he cannot put his hoof on. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley Character's Name: Sunlight Type: earth Gender: female Age: 53 Physical Description: aqua body, rainbow hair and purple eyes. Her symbol is a silver sun peaking from behind golden clouds Powers: none Personality: Sunlight is a gentle and caring mare, who always sees a silver lining in any storm cloud. She embraces life with her entire being. To her, the greatest sacrilege in the world is killing, and she abhors any pony who eats meat, as that requires the killing of a breathing, living creature. Plants, she feels, are a more natural food for ponies, and thus she is a strict vegetarian. She is very innocent and unsuspecting, and even her troubles have not taught her the wisdom of cautiousness. She will give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and is thus very easily used. History: Sunlight’s history is rather uninteresting for the most part, save for the fact that she once fell in love with a God. Moonmist, a restless soul at best, wandered through Dream Valley on one of his many travels around 36 years ago, and met her. Sunlight fell madly in love with the handsome and mystical stallion, and being the romantic she is, she never thought twice when he approached her in amorous intentions. He told her his name, but never mentioned being a God, and after a mad, passionate fortnight he suddenly vanished from her life. Sunlight, only 17 at the time, was at first blown away, then dumbfounded, and finally confused. She couldn’t bring herself to be angry at Moonmist, as she somehow believed that he hadn’t left intentionally. It must have been something urgent in the life he had never told her about. She was only a little confused that he hadn’t left her any kind of a note to explain himself, but that very fact worked in the end to lull her into the belief that he’d be coming back. The foal was born and named Moonstone. Moonmist hadn’t returned. It began to dawn on Sunlight that she was alone with the foal. Now she was afraid something horrible had happened to Moonmist. She still couldn’t bring herself to realise that he had actually abandoned her. Instead, she decided she would bring out his son the best she could, and tell him of his father when time was right. It never seemed to be right. At first she was going to tell him at the age of 15, when he appeared like he was mature enough to understand, but then she thought that perhaps she should wait a few years, to make sure he really would understand, and not be upset. Then she was going to tell him when he was 20, but then Moonstone got his powers, Sunlight was so perplexed that she lost courage. How could her son have got powers unless they were from his father? Who had his father been? Now Sunlight was a little afraid, and she daren’t tell him. Eventually it had been so long that Sunlight felt Moonstone might be upset with her for not telling him – and then again, there was the chance that Moonstone would leave to find his father, if she told him about it, and Sunlight was too attached to his son to bear the thought of letting him go. Thus even today, Sunlight lives in her cottage, helping out at the Healing House every now and then and tending to her garden – her livelihood – and Moonstone is there with her, living still in his old room, and helping his mother in every way he can. Sunlight is happy, for the most part. Birthplace/Current Residence: Dream Valley
