There are, of course, stores and buisnesses in the town at the castle's foot. Characters are now permitted to open their own, with pre-approval. Many will be "pre-existing" and just under new management, if you will. There is an established hospital of sorts, run by two characters of mine that are now NPCs. If anyone wants to take that over with their assitance, you are more than welcome to it.
Remember....Dream Valley is a long established place, and still clings somewhat to the old ways. Technology is here but not nessicarily openly prevalent.
